Traxelo ("Traxelo," "we," "us," or "our") operates gettraxelo.com and provides automated trading bot software for platforms including Kalshi, Alpaca, and Coinbase. Our principal place of business is in the United States.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account information: Your email address and hashed password when you register
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details
• Support messages: Content of support tickets you submit
• Bot configuration: Platform selection, strategy choices, risk settings, and operating system — used to generate your installer package

Information we do NOT collect

• API keys: Your trading platform API keys are encrypted in your browser before the installer is generated. They are never transmitted to or stored on Traxelo servers in any form
• Account balances: We have no visibility into your trading account balances
• Trade dollar amounts: We do not record the dollar value of individual trades
• Personal financial information: Beyond what is necessary for billing

Automatically collected information

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — standard web server logs
• Cookies: Session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies

Anonymized telemetry (opt-in only)

If you opt in during bot setup, your running bot may send anonymized signal data including:

• Signal type triggered (e.g., "EMA crossover")
• Trade outcome (win/loss/skip — not dollar amounts)
• Market hour and bot version
• Operating system type

This data contains no personally identifiable information, no API keys, no balances, and no trade sizes. You can opt out at any time by rebuilding your installer with telemetry disabled.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate and deliver your custom installer package
• To process payments through Stripe
• To provide customer support
• To send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, support responses)
• To improve our trading strategies using aggregated, anonymized telemetry data
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Resend: Transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy
• Anthropic: AI-powered support responses. Support ticket content may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
• Hostinger: Our VPS hosting provider. Subject to Hostinger's Privacy Policy
• Law enforcement: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Traxelo or others

5. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit (SSL A+ rating)
• AES-256 browser-side encryption for API credentials before installer generation
• Zero-knowledge architecture — API keys never reach our servers
• Hashed (not stored plaintext) passwords using SHA-256
• Firewall, fail2ban, and automated security patching on our infrastructure

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to industry best practices.

6. Data retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
• Support tickets: Retained for 2 years
• Anonymized telemetry: Retained indefinitely in aggregate form
• Server logs: Rotated and deleted after 14 days

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Disable telemetry data sharing at any time

8. Children's privacy

Traxelo is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of Traxelo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
