Summary: Traxelo sells trading bot software. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. Trading involves substantial risk. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
By creating an account, downloading software, or using any part of the Traxelo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users including free trial users, paid subscribers, and anyone who downloads Traxelo software.
Traxelo provides automated trading bot software ("Software") that interfaces with third-party trading platforms including Kalshi, Alpaca, and Coinbase Advanced Trade. The Software executes trades on your behalf based on algorithmic strategies you configure.
Traxelo is a software company. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planner, or trading firm. We do not manage your money, hold your funds, or execute trades on your behalf — your bot runs on your own machine or server using your own API credentials.
To use Traxelo you must:
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@gettraxelo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trial accounts have full access to the Service during the trial period.
After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing support@gettraxelo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We offer refunds within 7 days of your first paid charge if you have not downloaded more than one installer package. After 7 days or after multiple downloads, all sales are final. Contact support@gettraxelo.com to request a refund.
We reserve the right to change prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before price increases take effect for existing subscribers.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Traxelo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Traxelo interfaces with third-party trading platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Kalshi, Alpaca, Coinbase, or any other trading platform. Changes to third-party APIs, terms of service, or platform availability may affect Software functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and complying with the terms of any third-party platforms you use with the Software.
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TRAXELO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF BUGS. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC TRADING RESULTS OR FINANCIAL OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRAXELO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAXELO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRAXELO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traxelo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
All Software, algorithms, strategies, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Traxelo and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Software is revoked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
